- Some garment stitching require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you.
- Delivery Address:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Scheduled Delivery Date:
- If the scheduled delivery date falls on a weekend, a government holiday, or in the event of any emergency that leads to the closure of our store, the delivery will be rescheduled to the next working day.
- Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
