Measurements are taken by trained tailoring professionals using standardised methods to ensure accuracy. For doorstep service, a tailoring expert visits the customer’s home and takes all required body measurements.

Yes, we offer pick-up and delivery services in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida (only men’s tailoring in Noida). The pick-up and delivery charge is ₹299.

Silailor offers free alterations for up to 10 days after delivery, subject to terms and conditions.

We accept payments via Net Banking, Paytm, PhonePay, UPI, PayPal, Cash, and Wire Transfer.

There is no minimum order value if your location is within 3 KM of our store. Otherwise, the minimum order value is ₹1999.

We charge ₹980/- for a simple blouse stitching.

We charge ₹1280 for a salwar suit stitching.

The amount of fabric required to make a basic blouse varies based on size, style, and design. At Silailor, we typically require between 80 cm and 1.50 meters of fabric for a blouse.

2 to 4 meters of fabric is required to make a kurti.

The fabric requirement for pants depends on the width of the fabric. For men’s pants, where the fabric width is usually 60 inches, an average of 1.20 meters of fabric is required. For women’s pants, where the fabric width is usually 36 inches, around 2.25 meters of fabric is needed.

On an average, 4 meters of fabric is required for a basic suit with a pant or palazzo.

Typically, 5 to 6 meters of fabric is required for a standard floor-length Anarkali dress.

A Sharara suit set generally requires approximately 5.5 to 7.5 meters of fabric.

The fabric requirement for a lehenga depends on the flare (ghera) and pattern. For a 3-meter kalidar lehenga, approximately 4 to 5 meters of fabric is required for stitching.

Delivery via a third-party service will include an additional delivery fee in the total billing, depending on the service provider’s charges.

Standard stitching usually takes 7–12 days. Express stitching is available within 5 days at an additional cost of 30%.

Yes, we offer discounts based on the ongoing offers available at the time of your order.

We deliver garments between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM (IST). However, delivery after 7:00 PM can be arranged on request, subject to availability and our schedule.
